Some situations where shipping times may be extended include:
- The order processing staff cannot contact the customer to confirm the order by phone.
- The delivery staff cannot reach the customer multiple times upon delivery.
- The delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete, inaccurate, or difficult to find.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, floods, fires, or epidemics.

2. Delivery Procedure
When receiving your order, customers should take note of the following:
- You are allowed to check and verify the goods upon receiving them from the delivery person.
- Ensure that the actual products match what you ordered.
- Check for any damage or deformation to the packaging and products due to the transportation process.
If you are not satisfied with any of the above points, you may document the issue with video or images and request the delivery staff to confirm and return the items. Long Gia Trang will not be responsible for resolving complaints regarding missing or incorrect items after the customer has signed for and paid for the order.
Note: Orders will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot reach the customer at the time of delivery (maximum of 3 calls).
