If you find counterfeit products, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not follow these instructions, the product return policy will NOT be valid.

For Home Delivery with Cash on Delivery: If you discover counterfeit products, defects, expired items, or damage due to transportation, please do not accept the delivery and do not pay the delivery personnel.

For Online Payments: If you find counterfeit products, defects, expired items, or damage due to transportation, please do not accept the delivery. We will verify the information to address the issue for you.
In the case of product defects caused by Long Gia Trang, we will resend the item to the customer within 2-3 working days. If the customer no longer wishes to use the product, we will refund 100% of the amount paid within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you do not receive the refund within the specified 7 days, please contact our hotline to check the status of your transaction.
